Life Gives Us Lemons is my journal. 

 

For most of my life I’ve suffered from depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. Therapy has been helpful for me personally. But exploring ideas and learning to actually change the way I look at life situations gives me the most emotional relief. For me, this goes much further than “think positive.”

It’s not easy. But when I do the work, it always improves symptoms of depression and state of mind.

Here, you’ll find posts on life, family and friends, beauty and a variety of mental wellness health subjects.

  • I use it to share my personal (keyword!) experiences and struggles in mental health.

  • I use it as a personal tool to work through life’s frustrating days.

  • I use it to connect with you, learn from you and hopefully give you some information to benefit from.

My hope is that Life Gives Us Lemons becomes a way to connect with others and never feel alone in whatever it is we’re going through.
